OZZY OSBOURNE

Ozzy Osbourne (real-name: John Michael Osbourne) an English singer, songwriter, and television personality. He rose to fame as the lead vocalist of the heavy metal band Black Sabbath, one of the most influential and successful bands in the history of heavy metal. Osbourne has since established a successful solo career, and is widely regarded as one of the greatest vocalists in rock music.

Born in Birmingham, England in 1948, Osbourne formed Black Sabbath in 1969 with guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler, and drummer Bill Ward. The band's self-titled debut album, released in 1970, is considered one of the first heavy metal albums and is widely regarded as a classic of the genre. Over the course of their career, Black Sabbath released numerous hit albums, including "Paranoid" (1970), "Master of Reality" (1971), and "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath" (1973).

In 1979, Osbourne embarked on a solo career, releasing his first solo album, "Blizzard of Ozz," in 1980. The album was a commercial success and has since been recognized as a classic of heavy metal. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, Osbourne continued to release hit albums and establish himself as a solo artist. He has been awarded numerous accolades for his contributions to music, including the MTV Icon award in 2005, and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Black Sabbath in 2006.

Osbourne is also well known for his outrageous and often controversial behavior, which has made him a subject of media scrutiny and a pop culture icon. He has appeared in several reality television shows, including the hit MTV series "The Osbournes," which documented his family life and gained widespread popularity.

Personal Life

John Michael "Ozzy" Osbourne was born in Marston Green, Borough of Solihull, England, United Kingdom on 3/12/1948. His parents are John Thomas 'Jack' Osbourne 04/05/1913 and Lilian Unitt 1916. He has two brothers (Tony Osbourne, Pauline Osbourne) and three sisters (Jean-Luc Osbourne, Iris Osbourne, Gillian Osbourne).

When he was 28 years old, his father John Thomas 'Jack' Osbourne died (03/06/1977). When he was 52 years old, his mother Lilian Unitt died (01/12/2001).

He married Thelma Riley in 1971. On 4/7/1982, he married Sharon Arden. He was 22 years old when he married Thelma Riley. He was 33 years old when he married Sharon Arden. He got divorced from Thelma Riley. He has three children with Sharon Arden: Aimee Osbourne 2/9/1983, Kelly Osbourne 27/10/1984, Jack Osbourne 8/11/1985. He has two children with Thelma Riley: Jessica Osbourne, Louisa Osbourne.
