This is the re-release issue of Slayer's "Live Undead" with the bonus track: Chemical Warfare It has been claimed that "Live Undead" album is not a live album, but a studio recording with audience noise added to it. That claim is false, however. Slayer recorded this album by playing live to a small audience in a studio as the venue.
For die-hard Slayer fans, the scorching intensity of a live performance is unmatched. Thankfully, the band's early fury is captured on the re-released "Live Undead" 12" vinyl LP album. This reissue includes the bone-crushing bonus track "Chemical Warfare," a studio scorcher that complements the raw energy of the live recordings.
While some rumors swirled around "Live Undead" being a studio recording masquerading as a live album, those can be put to rest. Slayer brought their signature aggression to a small audience within a studio setting, delivering a potent live experience that transcends the limitations of a traditional concert recording.
