When he was 27 years old, his father Arnold Herbert Beck died (1971). When he was 31 years old, his mother Ethel Florence Dixie died (1975).
Since 1975 he worked as a guitarist in "Blow By Blow", Jeff Beck Band. He was 31 years old at that point. Since 1976 he worked as a musician in "Wired", Jeff Beck Band. He was 32 years old at that point. Since 1989 he worked as a guitarist in "Jeff Beck's Guitar Shop", Jeff Beck Band. He was 45 years old at that point.
On 10/01/2023, he died in Wadhurst, East Sussex, England, United Kingdom when he was 78 years old.
